    Wow, this is great. As a Wisconsin native I know that Friday Fish Fry is a ttiroidan. As a person that loves the Earth I know that raising fish is the way of the future. I live in Bridgeport, CT and here we have an Aquaculture High School which is doing well and expanding. Bridgeport is a former manufacturing center with many empty warehouses and high unemployment. An Urban Aquaculture Center would be perfect here. Too bad I am not mayor not do I wield any political clout. But I will be talking about this to people I know.

      Thanks. FYI, I’ve been in and thru Bridgeport 100’s of times. I’d never knowingly eat anything grown within 100 km of there – at least. What a toxic cesspit. On top of that, former manufacturing ruins are probably the worst place to consider attempting to produce food crops ntm the extreme costs associated with artificial illumination and CO2 supplementation. Sorry to burst that bubble (assuming I have). No offense, but folks who advocate growing plants inside a former industrial warehouse (or newly developed skyscraper, aka ‘vertical farming’) know absolutely nothing about agriculture, biology, horticulture, … or basic physics. Please abandon that wanton fantasy. The Farce is strong.
