Is there a minimum grow bed size?
There is no minimum grow bed (biofilter) size, the system is flexible and can be adapted to your conditions. Most people will have a width of 1.2m so they can reach into the middle.
A tank to biofilter volume ratio of 1:2 and that is a recommended for beginners, i.e., a 1000L Fish tank should be supported by 2000L of grow beds.
